WebNov 16, 2014 · I have the exact problem you do. I'm using PIA. I set up uTorrent from the url that you did. The icon in the corner will be green for awhile, then orange. I used the same proxy checker you did and it checks out good every time. I have asked for help on the PIA forum but it seems no one is up for the challenge. WebJun 13, 2015 · The last 2 folders are hidden so you might have to adjust your settings: From windows explorer click Organize->folder and search options->change to view tab->adjust the show hidden files and folders option. Might have to click apply to all folders as well.
