Some vendors have a 1" restriction. So if the hob is 11", the maximum size would be 13" across the bottom of the pan (1" on each side). WebbInduction cooktops are pretty great. Sometimes they present a challenge because a lot of pans and materials are simply not designed to hold up or be used on induction cooktops. It can be hard to find pans that are suitable and won’t cause a problem when you use them on your nice induction cooktop. Woks are the same way.
